Who we are…
Hi, we’re Jess + Jess, two moms, friends and women who want the most out of life. As busy moms with 3 kids each, when we find something that works, we want to share it to help everyone! We know firsthand that a natural wellness lifestyle can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be when you have the right friends and resources to support you along the way.
We know what works, what’s awesome, and what’s a fad you can leave behind. That’s why we created The WellKeep — a community designed to inspire, educate and support women in their natural wellness journey. Are you ready to thrive?

About Jess Toews
Jess Toews co-founded The WellKeep after a decade of launching, working, and curating wellness initiatives for some of the biggest names in the integrative health and wellness space.
A mom to three, Jess understands the complexities and everyday struggles women face. She also knows that if she can thrive through the chaos other women can too. Having lost her dad at an early age to cancer and surviving various other emotional traumas, Jess knows emotional well being is directly connected to physical health.
Working closely alongside physicians, naturopaths, chiropractors, essential oil and certified natural health practitioners, she sees firsthand what works, what’s trending, and what you can skip to live your best life. When she’s not researching the latest health trends, Jess is often consulting the leading who’s who in natural medicine on how to help others discover their path to wellness. A midwest native, she grew up on the beaches of South Florida and has since ping ponged throughout the southeast. Jess and her husband Chris have called Atlanta “home” since 2010.

Read More About Dr. Dee
What started as a small health consulting business in Lafayette, Louisiana, over 2 decades ago has evolved into two clinics and thousands of remote clients throughout the U.S. and internationally. Dee has worked with clients of all ages through depression and anxiety, ADHD, weight loss, heavy metal and chemical detoxification, viral, bacterial, and parasitic issues, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, immune support, and chronic illnesses.
Dee’s passion for healing comes from her own health challenges that began when she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in her early twenties. Rather than taking the two prescriptions of chemotherapy recommended, Dee decided in faith to follow the recommendations of an herbalist and take a natural approach to healing. After 6 months of natural wellness and therapies, Dee’s health issues were completely resolved and her body fully restored. After witnessing first-hand what natural wellness was able to do for her own life and health, Dee was compelled to share this gift with others. She created a custom bio survey that relies on galvanic skin response (GSR)—an established technology that measures fluctuations in electrical conductivity of the skin–based upon technology developed by NASA scientists. It’s painless and tests a client on more than 4,000 information markers in the body.
For Dee, Health Matters is not just a business, but a calling. Dee and her husband, Aldon, feel called to reach people with a message of hope and health by addressing not only physical needs but emotional and spiritual needs as well. Second only to her relationship with God, Dee finds her greatest joy in their three precious children—AJ (and his wife Erica), Ann Louise, and William and their sweet grandson.
